Refunds
Your satisfaction is very important to us.
If you are not happy with any item you have
received from the Latin American Institute, please return it
to us in original condition within 15 days of the package receive
date for an exchange or full refund. Please make sure to include
a copy of the invoice.
Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable
unless it was our mistake. We highly recommend that any merchandise
sent back to us be insured. Upon receiving and inspecting the
merchandise, we will be happy to credit you by the original
method of payment.
Earrings are non-returnable.
